Nicholas Williams

Founder / Co-owner / Director

British-trained chef Nicholas Williams brings decades of international culinary experience to Pinnacle Catering.

Nicholas holds Diplomas in Advanced Catering (UK) and Certificates in Supervisory Management. His early training included Claridge’s Hotel in London, one of Britain’s most renowned luxury hotels.

His culinary achievements include a Bronze Medal in the National Finals of the Association Culinaire Française, Coupe Fête, Paris, in 1989.

Today, Nicholas brings his classical training, experience and passion for food to Pinnacle Catering, creating memorable dining experiences for weddings, corporate events, private celebrations and special occasions across Sydney.
