Founder / Co-owner / Director
Nicholas holds Diplomas in Advanced Catering (UK) &
Certificates in Supervisory Management.
Nicholas also completed his training at Claridge's Hotel, London
one of the finest establishments in the UK.
Nicholas is a Bronze Medal Winner in the National Finals Association Culinaire Francaise, 1989 Coupe Fete. Paris, France.

Pinnacle Catering and The St Ives Club

Pinnacle Catering have the privilege of providing our catering services to The St Ives Club. Come and sample our chef designed menu and get a delicious taste of what we can offer.

We also offer our restaurant menu on Uber Eats and Menulog!
