6 Items – $21.78 per person (1-1.5hrs food service duration)
8 Items – $29.04 per person (1.5-2hrs food service duration)

12 items – $43.56 per person (2.5-3hrs food service duration)

  • Clients choice of items from across ALL canapé types
  • Minimum 25 guests
  • Surcharge is applicable for under minimum guest numbers
  • Portion size: 1.5 portions per item / per person
  • Serving platters, eating utensils (where required) & white cocktail paper serviettes are included
  • Onsite Staff required. Minimum staffing levels apply
  • Pinnacle Catering reserves the right to determine staffing levels for its functions

* Number of People must be a CLOSE estimation for initial bookings.
* Final guest numbers aren’t required at the time of booking (unless it is made within 7 days or is a delivery)
* Final guest numbers must be confirmed in writing no later than a week (7 days) prior to function. Emails will fulfill this requirement.
* Upon confirming final guest numbers they will not be able to be decreased though they may be increased pending confirmation from Pinnacle The Height of Catering Pty Ltd and additional charges will apply accordingly.
